SeaWorld Entertainment Inc., the parent company of theme park brands SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, is changing its name to United Parks & Resorts Inc.
The name change is effective Feb. 12. The company’s New York Stock Exchange ticker will change from SEAS to PRKS. Trading as PRKS will begin Feb. 13.
None of the company’s park names are changing.
