Remini would end up updating her lawsuit, claiming that the attacks continued towards her family members, friends, and colleagues. Remini went on to reveal that the church dismissed her request.
Scientology did release a statement, claiming the opposite was taking place.

Clearly, the two sides have not come to an agreement since Remini’s departure.
